The next book is definitely going to top this one I think because Jessica has even more on her plate, besides the added unsolved problems from previous books!

I slid to a stop just short of kicking in the door, which would be considered bad manners for a visiting guest. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it enough in this review sarcasm but you need this one. Her powers are still a bit confusing to me, I maanda I need to read the prophecy again to get a better understanding of all that she might be capable of, but I don’t think Jessica quite knows the answer to that one.
While the action was exciting and intense, sometimes I felt removed from the characters and the outcomes. This was definitely an exciting read, although I was sad to see Jessica without Rourke and her friends for nearly half the story.
And yes, it is as hot as you were likely expecting it would be.
Right now, however, this is a very strong, very reliable series and I hope it stays that way. I have to say that the action at the end really had me reeling!!! I found her to be the master of psychological battle, preferring head games to actual battle. Book 5 in the Jessica McClain series. Oh my gosh, I have been waiting for some Roarke action and Ms. For me, this is easily the strongest installment in the Jessica McClain series to date. Fate also plays a great part in this book, with the historical scriptures being quoted by various characters in the book.
The ending to this one was purely epic! Find out more about Amanda at www. I enjoyed getting to know this hell that we hear so much about throughout the volumes and to discover its peculiarities because yes there are several. Wildly insane chaos occurs and then we are left hanging, but then again so is Jessica and her friends.
Not bad, series is starting to flag a little which was expected the more books in I got. But when the Prince of Hell kidnapped her brother, he set into motion a chain of events that even Jessica doesn’t have the power to stop.
I didn’t go into this book expecting too much romance since the focus is definitely on the Urban Fantasy genre, but I’m a Romance girl at heart. You are not here to ruleas the other Sects may believe. You have to read for Ray.
I think her weakness was her ties to her pack and family.
